Insurance HQ started in 2007 as Your Risk Adviser, providing insurance solutions to small and medium businesses in the Gold Coast and Brisbane region.

In 2010, Your Risk Adviser began focusing on working with select industry groups to develop market-leading insurance solutions at competitive prices. These niche industry services began being marketed under the Insurance HQ brand.

In 2016, all of our primary business fell under the Insurance HQ brand. At the same time, our specialist staff restructured to provide corporate insurance solutions.

Our client-focused team structure means that we can respond quickly to client enquiries and organise insurance for clients in a fraction of the time taken by traditional non-specialist brokers.

Our unique and market-leading service standards have seen both Insurance HQ and its staff recognised almost annually by both industry and peer organisations, including Insurance Business Magazine. 

Despite the recognition we receive from our industry, the greatest achievement we have is not having had a claim declined since 2011. Few brokerages have such strong industry knowledge and product understanding to have this record.
