To cancel an insurance policy please complete the below form and submit. Our office will then call to confirm your request.

It is recommended that a cancellation request only be submitted after an item has been sold or alternate cover arranged.

Please specify either the policy number or description of what insurance cover you wish to be cancelled, along with a brief description of the reason for cancellation (I.E. Item Sold).
