Adam Pile is a transformative leader who built Insurance HQ almost two decades into one of the Australia’s most recognized and respected brokerage businesses, a company committed to strengthening communities through human connection and innovation.

From the beginning, Adam set out to build a business rooted in a culture of compassion. Adam established a culture of respect in his company. In his perspective, every member is inherently valuable. He believes in a contagious passion by being authentic and sharing his stories.

Over years, Adam’s knowledge and client-focused commitment have been recognised for many years with association and national awards placing him in the top 20 brokers annually within the Community Broker Network (formerly NAS) and recently as 27th nationally by Insurance Business Magazine. In 2023, he has also been honored with Top Specialist Broker/ AR from Advisr Insurance Broker Awards Winner and Top Specialist Broker, Top Thought Leader, QLD Top Insurance Broker from Advisr Insurance Broker Awards Finalist.
